Acclaimed artist Lorraine Gendron cuts, sands, and paints each of her wooden pieces by hand. Inspired by the colorful life of South Louisiana, her work is exhibited in the Smithsonian Institute, the Louisiana Tech University Gallery, and at the American Folk Life Shop in the Library of Congress.
